S’mores Crack takes the delicious flavors of the irresistible Christmas Crack recipe and combines that with s’mores flavor to create this delicious summer treat – S’mores Crack. There’s just something about the flavors of melted chocolate with the graham cracker crunch and toasted, golden brown marshmallows. For some reason s’mores are my go-to summer snack and I’m not mad about it.

This recipe is not only quick and easy, but it also brings the essence of summer right into your kitchen. Perfect for a family night in, a backyard barbecue, or just when you’re craving something sweet and simple.

    Why You'll Love This Recipe

    • Speedy and Simple: From start to finish, you’re looking at just 18 minutes. That’s less time than it takes to light a campfire!
    • Small-Batch Delight: With servings for three, this recipe is ideal for a cozy night with the family or a small gathering.
    • Versatility: While this recipe is perfect as is, you can easily double it for larger crowds or customize it with different types of chocolate or even a sprinkle of sea salt.

    Ingredients for S'mores Crack

    • 3 sheets cinnamon graham crackers
    • ¼ cup butter (4 tablespoons)
    • ¼ cup brown sugar
    • 1 tablespoon milk
    • Dash of vanilla extract
    • ½ cup mini marshmallows
    • 1 Hershey’s chocolate bar (1.55 oz)

    Instructions for S'mores Crack

    1. Preheat and Prep: Start by preheating your oven to 350°F and lining a small baking sheet with parchment paper. I found that my toaster oven pan was the perfect size for this recipe.
    2. Layer the Base: Lay the graham crackers flat on the parchment paper, covering the bottom of the pan. Set aside while you prepare the toffee.
    3. Make the Toffee: In a small saucepan, melt the butter and brown sugar over medium heat, bringing the mixture to a rolling boil. Keep it boiling for about 3 minutes, then remove from heat and quickly stir in the milk and vanilla extract to prevent crystallization.
    4. Pour and Bake: Pour the toffee sauce evenly over the graham crackers. If you find you have extra sauce, feel free to add a few more graham crackers to your pan. Bake for 6 to 8 minutes.
    5. Add the Toppings: Remove the pan from the oven and immediately sprinkle the broken-up Hershey’s chocolate and mini marshmallows over the top.
    6. Broil for Perfection: Switch your oven to the broil setting and broil for about 30 seconds, just until the marshmallows are golden brown. Keep a close eye on them to avoid burning.
    7. Cool and Enjoy: Let the S’mores Crack cool completely before breaking it into bite-sized pieces. Then, dig in and enjoy this crunchy, gooey, chocolatey treat!

    • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and line a small baking sheet with parchment paper. I used my toaster oven pan and it was the perfect size.
    • Line the bottom of the pan (on top of the parchment paper) with the graham crackers. Set aside while you make the delicious toffee sauce.

    • Remove from the oven and let cool entirely. Once cooled, break into bite sized pieces and enjoy!
