- 3 sheets cinnamon graham crackers
- ¼ cup butter 4 tablespoons
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon milk
- Dash of vanilla extract
- ½ cup mini marshmallows
- 1 Hershey’s chocolate bar 1.55 oz
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and line a small baking sheet with parchment paper. I used my toaster oven pan and it was the perfect size.
Line the bottom of the pan (on top of the parchment paper) with the graham crackers. Set aside while you make the delicious toffee sauce.
In a small saucepan, combine the butter and brown sugar over medium heat. Bring the mixture to a rolling boil and continue boiling for 3 minutes.
Remove from heat and add the milk and vanilla extract and stir quickly to avoid crystallization.
Pour evenly over the graham crackers. If you have lots of extra sauce, feel free to add more graham crackers to your pan if you desire.
Bake for 6 to 8 minutes and then remove from the oven. Break up the Hershey’s bar into small pieces and sprinkle over the top. Do the same with the mini marshmallows.
Turn your oven on the broil setting and broil for roughly 30 seconds or until the marshmallows become golden brown. Watch very closely to avoid burning your mallows!
Remove from the oven and let cool entirely. Once cooled, break into bite sized pieces and enjoy!
