- ⅓ cup mini marshmallows

- Preheat the Oven or Air Fryer:
- Oven: Preheat to 350°F.
- Air Fryer: Preheat to 350°F for 10 minutes.
- Mix the Dough:
- In a medium-sized bowl, melt the butter.

- 1 graham cracker crushed into crumbs
- ⅓ cup chocolate chips milk or semi-sweet
- ⅓ cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. If you want to use the air fryer, this recipe works in the air fryer as well. Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
- In a medium sized bowl, melt the butter. Add the sugar and brown sugar and stir.
- Mix in the egg yolk and vanilla.
- Add the flour, salt, and baking soda and combine.
- Crush the graham crackers into the mixture, along with the chocolate chips and mini marshmallows and stir.
- Form into two big cookie dough balls.
- If baking in the oven, line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the dough balls on it. Bake for 10 to 13 minutes until the marshmallows start turning golden brown.
- If using the air fryer, once it’s ready, place the dough balls on parchment paper and place in the air fryer. Cook for 10 minutes or until it’s done to your desire. Enjoy with a cold glass of milk!
