If you're looking for a light, fluffy, high-protein snack that satisfies your sweet tooth without weighing you down, these High-Protein Fluffy Cinnamon Bites are about to become a new favorite. They're made with just three simple ingredients, come together in minutes, and bake into soft, airy bites that are perfect for breakfast, a post-workout snack, or an afternoon pick-me-up.

My favorite way to enjoy them is topped with a sprinkle of cinnamon and a drizzle of maple syrup. They have a soft, cloud-like texture that's reminiscent of a soufflé or fluffy pancake bite!

Why You'll Love These High-Protein Fluffy Cinnamon Bites

    • Only 3 simple ingredients
    • High in protein
    • Light and fluffy texture
    • Naturally low in fat
    • Great for breakfast, snacks, or dessert
    • Ready in about 20 minutes

Ingredients for High-Protein Fluffy Cinnamon Bites

    • 230 grams liquid egg whites
    • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
    • 1 scoop protein powder

    Protein Powder Recommendations:

    • Cookie Dough (my favorite!)
    • Vanilla
    • Chocolate

How to Make High-Protein Fluffy Cinnamon Bites

    1. Preheat your oven to 425°F and generously spray a 12-cup muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
    2. Add the egg whites and cornstarch to a large mixing bowl.
    3. Beat with a hand mixer or stand mixer on high speed until stiff peaks form, about 5–8 minutes.
    4. Gently fold in your protein powder until just combined, being careful not to deflate the egg whites.
    5. Divide the mixture evenly among the 12 prepared muffin cups.
    6. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the tops are lightly golden and set.
    7. Let cool for a few minutes before removing from the pan. They'll naturally deflate slightly as they cool while staying soft and fluffy.

Serving Suggestions for High-Protein Fluffy Cinnamon Bites

These bites are delicious on their own, but my favorite way to eat them is with:

    • A sprinkle of cinnamon
    • A drizzle of your favorite maple syrup

They're perfect for breakfast, a healthy afternoon snack, or a protein-packed dessert when you're craving something sweet.

Tips for Success When Making High-Protein Fluffy Cinnamon Bites

    • Make sure your bowl and beaters are completely clean and free of grease so the egg whites whip properly.
    • Fold the protein powder in gently to keep as much air in the batter as possible.
    • Different protein powders absorb moisture differently, so your texture may vary slightly depending on the brand you use.
    • These are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

    Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use a different protein powder?

Absolutely! Cookie Dough is my favorite because it gives these bites a warm, sweet flavor, but vanilla and chocolate are both delicious options too.

Why did they sink after baking?

That's completely normal! Since they're made primarily from whipped egg whites, they'll puff up beautifully in the oven and settle slightly as they cool.

    How should I store them?

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Enjoy them cold or warm them for a few seconds in the microwave.

    Nutrition Information

Nutrition will vary depending on the protein powder you choose, but these bites are naturally high in protein and low in fat.
