- Cookie scoop

- Standard mixer
Ingredients
Cookies:
- Devil’s food cake mix (15.25oz)
- Eggs
- Vegetable oil
Filling:
- Butter
- Cream cheese, softened
- Vanilla extract
- Powdered sugar
Instructions
For the Cookies:
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set it aside.
- Mix the Batter: In a standard mixer, combine the dry cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil. Expect a thick batter.
- Form Dough Balls: Roll the cookie dough into 2-inch-sized balls and place them on the prepared cookie sheet.
- Bake: Bake for 7 to 9 minutes or until the cookies start cracking slightly.
- Cool and Transfer: Allow the cookies to cool on the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a cooling rack.

- 2 cups powdered sugar
Instructions
For the Cookies:
