    Instructions

    Preheat and Prepare:

    • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
    • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Cream the Butter and Sugars:

    • In a standard mixer, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

    Add Eggs and Vanilla:

    • Add the eggs and vanilla to the butter-sugar mixture, beating until well combined.

    Incorporate Pudding Mix:

    • Add the Oreo Cookies & Cream pudding mix (dry mix only) to the mixer and stir until fully incorporated.

    Combine Dry Ingredients:

    • In a separate medium-sized bowl, combine the dry ingredients - flour, baking soda, and salt.
    • Pour the dry ingredients into the mixer and blend until a cookie dough starts to form.

Integrate Chocolate Chips and Oreo Chunks:

    • Mix in the white chocolate chips and Oreo cookie chunks one at a time until evenly distributed.

    Cool and Enjoy:

    • Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack.

    Ingredients

    • 2 sticks of butter almost softened but still slightly cool
    • ½ cup granulated sugar
    • ½ cup brown sugar
    • 1 4.2 ounce Oreo cookies & cream pudding mix dry mix only
    • 2 eggs
    • 2 teaspoons vanilla
    • 2 ½ cups of all-purpose flour
    • 1 ½ teaspoons baking soda
    • ¼ teaspoon salt
    • 1 ½ cups white chocolate chips
    • 15 Oreo cookies crushed

    Instructions

    • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
    • Cream together the butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar in a standard mixer.
    • Add eggs and vanilla and beat until combined.
    • Add the pudding mix (dry mix only) into the mixer and stir until combined.
    • In a separate, medium sized bowl, combine the dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, and salt. Pour dry ingredients into the mixer and blend together until a dough starts to form.
    • Mix in the chocolate chips and Oreo chunks one at a time.
    • Using a 2-inch cookie scoop, scoop out the dough onto the pan with parchment paper. These cookies will be big, so space them out enough to grow in the oven (I usually only fit 8 to a pan).
    • Bake for 10 minutes and then let cool on the pan for 5 minutes and then transfer to a cooling rack. Enjoy!

    Notes

If you use a smaller 1-inch cookie scoop, only bake the cookies for 7 to 8 minutes.
