My new favorite go-to snack to soothe my sweet tooth is this Air Fryer Pineapple! It’s sweet, tangy, and has the perfect amount of caramelization to make you feel like it’s a dessert instead of a “healthier” snack. The best part? You only need three ingredients and 13 minutes to whip it up!

Air Fryer Pineapple with cinnamon and brown sugar

Whether you need a quick snack or a fun dessert, this air-fried pineapple recipe will be a hit. Perfect for adding on top of yogurt, ice cream, or just eating straight from the air fryer (no judgment!).

    Why You'll Love This Recipe:

    • Super Fast: With just 3 minutes of prep and 10 minutes in the air fryer, this is a quick treat that feels way fancier than it is.
    • Minimal Ingredients: You only need canned pineapple, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Simple, but oh so delicious!
    • Versatile: Use it as a topping for yogurt, a side dish for brunch, or just snack on it solo. You could even pop it over some grilled chicken for a sweet-savory twist.

    Ingredients for Air Fryer Pineapple:

    • 1 cup brown sugar
    • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
    • 20 oz can Pineapple Slices (Dole)

    Instructions for Air Fryer Pineapple:

    1. Prepare the Coating: In a medium bowl, combine the brown sugar and cinnamon.
    2. Coat the Pineapple: Drain your can of pineapple slices and dip each ring into the sugar mixture. Make sure both sides are fully coated for that sweet and spiced finish.
    3. Air Fry: Place your sugar-coated pineapple slices into the air fryer basket. You can either line the basket with parchment paper or spray it with cooking spray.
    4. Cook: Air fry the slices at 400°F for 5 to 10 minutes. Keep an eye on them—when they’re caramelized and golden, they're done! I love mine at the 7-minute mark, but you can adjust to your taste.
Air Fryer Cinnamon Pineapple & Brown Sugar

Tips for the best Air Fryer Pineapple:

    • Don’t stack the pineapple rings in the air fryer! Give them space to cook evenly.
    • If you want extra caramelization, sprinkle a little more brown sugar over the top of the pineapple before air frying.
    • These taste amazing warm, but they're just as good chilled if you want to make them ahead of time.

    Easy & Nutritious:

That’s it! This Air Fryer Pineapple recipe is ridiculously easy, but it tastes like a treat you’d find at a beachside café. I love how the pineapple becomes tender and caramelized, and the cinnamon-sugar coating makes it feel extra special.

Give this recipe a try, and let me know how you enjoy it—whether it’s a snack, a topping, or a sweet side dish. Stay hungry!
