This (3-Minute) Rice Pudding for Two is the perfect recipe for you and your spouse, bestie, or friend. This recipe idea stemmed from my Instant Pot rice pudding recipe. I wanted to make rice pudding in three minutes or less, I didn’t want to have to cook it in the Instant Pot and wait for it to seal and pressure cook… low and behold, this 3-minute rice pudding recipe was made. I hope you love this recipe as much as me and my husband do. It’s made with microwavable rice, making it super easy to whip together in under three minutes.
