S'mores Cookies for Two

These S'mores Cookies for Two combine all the beloved flavors of a campfire s'more into a ooey, gooey, cookie. Loaded with chocolate, graham cracker crumbs, and mini marshmallows, this cookie will satisfy you and your guest's sweet tooth.

- 2 tablespoons butter melted
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar packed
- 1 egg yolk
- Dash of vanilla extract
- ⅓ cup + 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- Pinch of salt
- ⅛ teaspoon baking soda
- 1 graham cracker crushed into crumbs
- ⅓ cup chocolate chips milk or semi-sweet
- ⅓ cup mini marshmallows
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. If you want to use the air fryer, this recipe works in the air fryer as well. Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
In a medium sized bowl, melt the butter. Add the sugar and brown sugar and stir.
Mix in the egg yolk and vanilla.
Add the flour, salt, and baking soda and combine.
Crush the graham crackers into the mixture, along with the chocolate chips and mini marshmallows and stir.
Form into two big cookie dough balls.
If baking in the oven, line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the dough balls on it. Bake for 10 to 13 minutes until the marshmallows start turning golden brown.
If using the air fryer, once it’s ready, place the dough balls on parchment paper and place in the air fryer. Cook for 10 minutes or until it’s done to your desire. Enjoy with a cold glass of milk!
