I have a fantastic recipe to share with you today: Copycat Red Lobster Cheddar Biscuits! These biscuits are so delicious, they might just be better than the ones you get at Red Lobster. My husband and I devoured them—seriously, we couldn't stop eating them. They're that good!

Why You'll Love these Cheddar Biscuits
Quick and Easy to Make
One of the best things about this recipe is how fast it comes together. In just 25 minutes, you can have a batch of warm, cheesy biscuits ready to serve. Perfect for those busy weeknights when you need something delicious but don't have a lot of time to spend in the kitchen.
Simple Ingredients
This recipe uses simple, everyday ingredients that you probably already have in your pantry and fridge. Flour, cheese, baking powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, parsley flakes, milk, egg, and butter—nothing fancy or hard to find. This means you can whip up these biscuits on a whim without needing a special trip to the grocery store.
Versatile and Delicious
These biscuits are the perfect accompaniment to just about any meal. Whether you're serving them with a hearty soup, a fresh salad, or your favorite main dish, they add a wonderful cheesy, garlicky flavor that enhances any dinner. They're also fantastic on their own as a snack or appetizer.

Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 ½ cups Mexican cheese blend (I like using the Tillamook brand for these)
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon paprika
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
- ¾ cup milk
- 1 egg
- 6 tablespoons butter, softened
Garlic Butter Topping:
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, cheese, baking powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and parsley flakes.
- In a separate bowl, combine the milk, egg, and softened butter. The butter won't fully mix with the milk and egg, and that's okay.
- Add the butter, milk, and egg mixture to the dry ingredients and combine until a sticky dough forms.
- Use a two-inch cookie scoop or a big spoon to scoop out eight blobs of dough onto the prepared pan.
- Bake for 14 to 16 minutes, until the biscuits are slightly golden brown. Keep an eye on them, as oven times may vary.
- While the biscuits are baking, prepare the garlic butter topping by mixing all the ingredients together.
- Once the biscuits are done, remove them from the oven and coat the tops with the garlic butter topping.
Enjoy these warm, cheesy, garlicky biscuits fresh out of the oven! Trust me, you'll be going back for seconds (and thirds, and fourths...).
Happy baking! Let me know how you like them in the comments below.
