Are you someone who loves a hearty breakfast but finds it challenging to whip up something delicious in the morning rush? Look no further! Today, we bring you a fantastic recipe for the easiest breakfast sandwiches that will have your taste buds dancing and your morning routine streamlined. These sandwiches are not only delicious but can be prepared in just 10 minutes – perfect for busy mornings when time is of the essence.

I created this simple recipe after trying the famous Bagelmania bagels in Las Vegas. I wanted to make them at home in the most simple way possible. And the best part? They are super easy to make, affordable, and just as delicious! Keep reading to figure out exactly what to do to make these delicious sandwiches at home.

    Equipment

    • Toaster oven (or the broil setting on your oven will do)
    • Frying pan

    Ingredients

    • One bagel per person, and per sandwich (choose your style of bagel - I always buy cheesy bagels from the bakery)
    • One egg per sandwich
    • One pre-cooked frozen sausage patty per sandwich
    • Onion & chive cream cheese
    • 1 slice of pepper jack cheese per sandwich
    • Salt and pepper to taste

    Instructions

    1. Toast the Bagels:
    • Preheat your toaster oven and toast the bagels until they are golden brown.
    2. Cook the Sausage:
    • Brown the pre-cooked frozen sausage patties in a frying pan until golden brown on each side. Set them aside.
    3. Prepare the Eggs:
    • In the same frying pan (using the sausage grease for added flavor), cook one egg per sandwich. Season each egg with salt and pepper to taste.
    4. Melt the Cheese:
    • Once the eggs are cooked, place a slice of pepper jack cheese on top of each egg. Cover the frying pan with a lid to allow the cheese to melt.
    5. Assemble the Sandwiches:
    • Spread Onion & Chive cream cheese on the top half of each toasted bagel.
    • Place the cooked egg with melted cheese on the bottom half of the bagel.
    • Add the cooked sausage patty on top of the egg.
    6. Complete the Sandwich:
    • Place the onion & chive half of the bagel on top to complete the sandwich.
    7. Serve and Enjoy:
    • Your easy breakfast sandwiches are now ready to be served! Enjoy a delicious and satisfying breakfast in just 10 minutes.

    Variations & Substitutions

One of my favorite parts about making these sandwiches is that they are completely customizable. You can easily substitute the sausage for bacon, or the onion and chive cream cheese for garden vegetable (which tastes just as delicious by the way). Want different cheese? Add your favorite kind. You can even consider adding avocado slices, fresh spinach, or a dash of hot sauce for an extra kick. I know you'll love making different variations of this easy meal.

    Done In 10 Minutes

These easy breakfast sandwiches are a game-changer for anyone who wants a delicious and quick morning meal (literally done in 10 minutes, I mean can we even?!). The combination of the savory sausage, creamy cheese, and perfectly cooked egg nestled between a toasted bagel is simply irresistible. Give this recipe a try, and you'll never look at breakfast the same way again. Happy cooking!
