Why You'll Love this Buffalo Dip:

    • Easy Prep: This dip is incredibly easy to make. Just toss everything into a crockpot and let it work its magic!
    • Versatile: While the base recipe doesn’t include chicken, you can easily add shredded rotisserie chicken for a heartier version.
    • Crowd-Pleaser: It’s the kind of dish everyone gravitates toward at parties—warm, gooey, and perfect for scooping with tortilla chips.

    Ingredients for Buffalo Dip:

    • 8 oz cream cheese
    • ⅓ cup Monterey cheese, shredded
    • ¼ cup Mexican cheese, shredded
    • ½ cup buffalo sauce
    • ¼ cup ranch dressing
    • Tortilla chips for dipping

    Instructions for Buffalo Dip:

    1. In a small crockpot, combine all ingredients except the tortilla chips.
    2. Set the crockpot to high for one hour, stirring every 20 minutes to make sure everything melts together evenly.
    3. Once the dip is smooth and creamy, turn the crockpot to warm, and serve with tortilla chips.

    Pro Tips:

    • Add Chicken: For a heartier dip, shred some rotisserie chicken (about ¾ to 1 cup) and mix it in. The rotisserie adds extra flavor and texture, making it even more filling.
    • Spice Level: Want it spicier? Add more buffalo sauce or a pinch of cayenne pepper.
    • Cheese Swap: Feel free to play around with the cheeses—sharp cheddar or colby jack cheese!

Whether you're hosting a party or just indulging in a tasty snack, this Buffalo Dip is sure to hit the spot! Enjoy it with chips or even sliced veggies for a lighter option. Let the warm, cheesy goodness keep everyone coming back for more!

    Notes

This recipe obviously doesn’t have chicken, but I like to add it to mine sometimes. My favorite way to add the chicken is with a rotisserie chicken - shred it and put in however much you want (about ¾ to 1 cup).
