Buffalo dip on a tortilla chip

Buffalo Dip (Crock Pot)

McKinley Hatch
This buffalo dip is made in a crock pot and done in 1 hour. So easy to make with minimal ingredients (and with or without chicken)! This dip is perfectly paired with football season or for gatherings with family or friends.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese

  • ¼ cup Mexican cheese shredded
  • ½ cup buffalo
  • ¼ cup ranch dressing
  • Tortilla chips

Instructions

  • In a small crockpot, combine all the ingredients except for the tortilla chips.
  • Set the crockpot to high for one hour, while stirring every 20 minutes.
  • Once it’s smooth and creamy, turn the crockpot to warm and dip the chips into it and enjoy!

Notes

This recipe obviously doesn’t have chicken, but I like to add it to mine sometimes. My favorite way to add the chicken is with a rotisserie chicken - shred it and put in however much you want (about ¾ to 1 cup).
