This Brownie Batter Dip tastes just like the real stuff and it’s time for you to try it! This delicious recipe doesn’t require you to turn on your oven either, which is a win-win in the brownie department. This dip is delicious and perfect for sharing at gatherings, parties or for yourself (yes I am guilty and not ashamed!). The dip has a silky delicious flavor and will help you win over your co-workers (it worked for me anyway ;)). Let’s go make it!

Ingredients for Brownie Batter Dip
- 1 pint heavy cream
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8 ounce package cream cheese, at room temperature
- 18 oz Ghirardelli boxed brownie mix
Instructions for Brownie Batter Dip
Whip the Cream: In a large bowl, using an electric handheld mixer, beat the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract for 5 to 10 minutes, gradually increasing the speed. You'll notice stiff peaks forming, indicating that it's ready. Let the mixture cool in the fridge.
Prepare Cream Cheese: Using a separate medium bowl, beat the cream cheese until soft and smooth. Set it aside for later use.
Heat Treat the Brownie Mix: Pour the brownie mix into a microwave-safe bowl and heat treat it by microwaving for 90 seconds, in 30-second increments. This step ensures that the mix is safe to consume without baking.
Combine Ingredients: Add the cream cheese into the whipped cream bowl and mix with a hand mixer until well combined. Then, add the heat-treated brownie mix and stir until a smooth texture forms.
Serve and Enjoy: Your Brownie Batter Dip is now ready to be enjoyed! Serve it immediately with your favorite dippables. Whether you prefer fruit, pretzel crisps, or simply enjoy it by the spoonful, the choice is yours. Get creative with your toppings and savor each delicious bite!

Edible Dip
All brownie batter lovers will crave this brownie batter dip every day. I make this very frequently because it’s easy and it is delicious. When I was younger and would make brownies, I would very intentionally leave a huge portion of the brownie batter in the bowl for me to lick clean. Some of you might be thinking that this isn’t a safe practice because of the bacteria in the non-heat treated flour and the eggs, but I didn’t care then. If you’re wanting brownie batter, but you don’t feel like taking the risk, just remember to make this delicious brownie batter dip!
Try making my edible brownie batter recipe if you love this brownie batter dip. Both of these taste like different types of brownie batter. The brownie batter dip tastes similar to store-bought brownie batter, where the edible brownie batter tastes more like homemade brownie batter. I love both for different reasons. If you try it, I want to hear which one you like more in the comments!
Enjoy!
