In a large bowl, using an electric handheld mixer, beat the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract for 5 to 10 minutes while gradually increasing the speed as you go. Stiff peaks will start to form and you know it’s ready. Let cool in the fridge.
In a separate, medium bowl, beat the cream cheese until soft and smooth. Set aside.
Heat treat the brownie mix by pouring it into a microwave safe bowl and microwaving it for 90 seconds, in 30-second increments.
Add the cream cheese into the whipped cream bowl and mix with a hand mixer until combined. Add the dry brownie mix after it’s been properly heat treated and stir until a smooth texture forms.
Serve immediately with your favorite dippables. I personally love eating this by the spoonful! My favorite toppings are strawberries and pretzel crisps. Enjoy!
