    Peanut butter yogurt clusters.

    Why You'll Love these Clusters:

    • Quick to make: With just 5 minutes of prep time, they come together in no time.
    • Nutritious: The combination of protein yogurt and peanut butter provides a satisfying balance of healthy fats and protein.
    • Chocolate-covered goodness: The melted chocolate coating adds the perfect touch of indulgence, making this snack feel more like dessert.
    • Customizable: You can adjust the peanut butter to your taste, and even experiment with dark or white chocolate for the coating.

Ingredients for Peanut Butter Yogurt Clusters:

    • 1 cup protein vanilla yogurt (use any brand you like, but I use this)
    • ¼ to ½ cup peanut butter (adjust based on your preference)
    • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips, melted

Instructions for Peanut Butter Yogurt Clusters:

    1. In a medium bowl, mix the yogurt and peanut butter until smooth and creamy.
    2. Scoop the mixture using a 2-inch cookie scoop and place on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. You’ll get about 5 to 6 clusters.
    3. Freeze for 20 minutes or until the clusters are firm.
    4. Remove from the freezer, dip each cluster in the melted chocolate, and place them back on the parchment paper.
    5. Freeze again for an additional 10 minutes until the chocolate hardens.
    6. Enjoy!
