Equipment
This recipe was made using my Kitchen Aid (which I absolutely love by the way and you should invest in one if you don't have one!). I also used other standard cooking tools such as measuring cups and spoons. You should have everything you need on hand!

Instructions
1. Preheat and Prepare:
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.

2. Prepare the Cookie Dough:
- In a standard mixer, cream together the cold, chopped butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until well combined.
- Add the eggs, vanilla extract, and sweetened condensed milk. Mix until the ingredients are fully incorporated.
- In a separate bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, cornstarch, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
3. Stuff with Caramels:
- Using a 2-inch cookie scoop, form the cookie dough into balls.

- In a clean mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until it starts to thicken.
- Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, continuing to whip on high speed until stiff peaks form.
7. Frost and Garnish:
- Once the cookies are completely cooled, use a piping bag or a plastic bag with the corner snipped off to frost each cookie with the whipped cream.
- Sprinkle Heath chocolate chunks over the top of each cookie for an extra layer of indulgence.
8. Refrigerate and Enjoy:
- Refrigerate the cookies for an additional 10 minutes to set the frosting.
- Serve and enjoy these Better Than Sex Cookies with your favorite glass of milk.

Variations & Substitutions
These cookies are stuffed with caramel, and since we encourage you to serve them cold, the caramel can harden inside the cookie. If you don't like this texture, you can melt those caramels in a saucepan on the stove top with some milk or heavy cream. Melt until a smooth caramel consistency forms. Instead of stuffing each cookie with caramel, you can put a layer of caramel on top of the sweetened condensed milk layer.
Enjoy!
Get ready to experience a symphony of flavors in every bite—chewy chocolate caramel cookies, luscious sweetened condensed milk, fluffy whipped cream, and crunchy Heath chocolate. These cookies are sure to become a staple in your dessert collection, perfect for satisfying those sweet cravings and impressing your friends and family. Treat yourself to the ultimate indulgence with Better Than Sex Cookies!

- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon sweetened condensed milk
- 2 ⅔ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- 1 ½ teaspoons baking soda
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 15 caramels I use Werther’s original soft caramels
For the Frosting:
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 ½ cups heavy cream
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
- ¾ cup Heath chocolate cut into pieces
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- Use a standard mixer to cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Add the eggs, vanilla, and sweetened condensed milk and mix.
- Add the flour, cocoa, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt. Mix until a dough starts to form.
- Using a 2-inch cookie scoop, form the cookie dough into balls. Now it’s time to stuff the cookies with those caramels. Stuff each cookie with a soft caramel and form the dough ball around the caramel so there is no caramel showing. Place cookie dough balls on the prepared pan.
- Bake for 10 minutes, or until the edges are set. Remove from the oven and let cool on the pan for 10 minutes.
- Once cooled for 10 minutes, scoop 1 tablespoon of sweetened condensed milk over each cookie. Allow the cookies to cool completely by placing them in the fridge.
- Once the cookies are completely cooled, make the frosting. Using a standard mixer, whip the heavy cream until it starts to thicken. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla and continue whipping it on high speed.
- Stiff peaks should start forming on the cookies. Once they do, transfer the whipped cream to a piping bag, or a plastic bag (with the corner snipped off).
- Frost each cookie and sprinkle with heath candy chunks. Refrigerate for 10 more minutes and enjoy with your favorite glass of milk!
