When I’m craving something sweet but still trying to hit my protein and macro goals, this Raspberry Cheesecake Protein Jello is one of my favorite little treats to make. It takes just a few ingredients, comes together in minutes, and tastes like a creamy raspberry cheesecake dessert!

The best part? You don’t need to make an entire dessert or spend much time in the kitchen. Just mix everything together, grab a spoon, and enjoy!

Why You’ll Love This Raspberry Cheesecake Protein Jello

This recipe is basically the perfect sweet-tooth hack. The Greek yogurt gives it a creamy, protein-packed base, while sugar-free whipped topping makes it light and fluffy. Add a little sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix and fresh raspberries, and you get that delicious cheesecake-and-berry combination without a lot of effort.

It’s great for an afternoon snack, a post-dinner sweet treat, or anytime you want something dessert-like while working toward your protein goals.

Ingredients for Raspberry Cheesecake Protein Jello

You only need four simple ingredients to make this easy protein treat:

    • 1 cup Oikos Triple Zero Greek yogurt
    • ½ cup sugar-free whipped topping, such as Cool Whip
    • 2 tablespoons sugar-free cheesecake Jello pudding mix, powder only
    • 10 fresh or frozen raspberries
Protein yogurt and cheesecake fluff in a bowl with a golden spoon next to it.

How to Make Raspberry Cheesecake Protein Jello

    Step 1: Combine the ingredients

Add the Greek yogurt, sugar-free whipped topping, and sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix to a bowl.

    Step 2: Mix

Stir everything together really well until smooth and creamy.

    Step 3: Add the raspberries

Fold in the raspberries. You can leave them whole for little bursts of raspberry flavor or gently mash them into the mixture for more raspberry throughout.

    Step 4: Enjoy!

That’s it! Grab a spoon and enjoy your Raspberry Cheesecake Protein Jello right away, or pop it in the refrigerator for a little while if you prefer it extra cold.

Tips for Making Raspberry Cheesecake Protein Jello

Use fresh or frozen raspberries. Both work great! If you use frozen raspberries, you can let them thaw slightly first or mix them in frozen for a colder, thicker treat.

Want more raspberry flavor? Gently mash some of the raspberries before mixing them in.

Make it your own. You could top it with a few extra raspberries, a little extra whipped topping, or even a sprinkle of crushed graham crackers if you want more of that classic cheesecake flavor.

    A Simple High-Protein Sweet Treat

I love recipes like this because eating for your goals doesn't have to mean giving up dessert. Sometimes you just need a quick, simple treat that satisfies your sweet tooth while helping you get a little more protein into your day.

And honestly, when it tastes like raspberry cheesecake, that's a win in my book!
