Raspberry Oreo Dip

McKinley Hatch
Take plain old Oreo dip and plain old raspberry dip to the next level by combining the two. This combination equals perfection in every sweet and creamy bite. The dip is infused with Oreo and raspberry chunks combining the tart and sweet flavor all coming together with a cream cheese and whipped cream base. This will make you feel like you're in heaven!

Ingredients

For the Whipped Cream:

  • 1 pint heavy cream
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar

For the Dip:

  • 16 Oreos crushed
  • 1 6 oz package of raspberries
  • 2 packages 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  • Using your KitchenAid with the wire whisk attachment, mix all the ingredients in the “Whipped Cream” section until fluffy.
  • Once the whipped cream is complete, scoop it out into a bowl and let cool in the refrigerator. Change out the wire whisk attachment to the flat beater attachment.
  • Still using the KitchenAid (no need to wash it quite yet), blend the cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy.
  • Add the whipped cream back in along with the vanilla and mix until light and fluffy.
  • Mash raspberries and fold into cream cheese mixture. Lastly, crush the Oreos, by hand or using a food processor, and fold in. Make sure you still leave some larger Oreo chunks. You don't want fine crumbs.
  • Transfer to a bowl. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
  • I like to eat mine with pretzels, strawberries, Oreos or even chocolate covered pretzels. Enjoy!
