These Protein Energy bites are packed with peanut butter, chocolate chips, chia seeds, oats, and protein powder. Each of these bites is more than 6 grams of protein and super delicious for a snack, post-workout treat, or appetizer. Enjoy!

  • 1 Standard Mixer

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups old-fashioned oats
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • ½ cup honey
  • 3 tablespoons chocolate protein powder
  • cup mini semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • In a standard mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and mix until well combined. Scoop out with a 1-inch cookie scoop and roll with hands to form round balls.
  • Place in a storage container in the fridge for up to one week. Enjoy!

Notes

Store in an airtight container for up to seven days.
