Instructions
In a medium sized bowl combine the softened butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth.
Pour the flour into a separate, small sized bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds to heat-treat it. Add the flour to the other bowl and stir until well incorporated.
Fold in the white chocolate chips and Oreo chunks and enjoy immediately!
