This Edible Oreo Cookie Dough is loaded with white chocolate chips and Oreo chunks, making it the most mouth-watering dessert to eat by the spoonful, or as a topping for brownies, cake, or ice cream!

Ingredients
  

  • ½ stick butter softened
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • ½ cup + 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup white chocolate chips
  • 4 Oreos crushed into small pieces (leaving some chunks)

Instructions
 

  • In a medium sized bowl combine the softened butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth.
  • Pour the flour into a separate, small sized bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds to heat-treat it. Add the flour to the other bowl and stir until well incorporated.
  • Fold in the white chocolate chips and Oreo chunks and enjoy immediately!

Notes

Refrigerate for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 2 months.
