Ingredients
  

  • 3 tablespoons butter softened (not melted)
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips
  • 10 - 15 mini Cadbury eggs crushed into smaller pieces

Instructions
 

  • In a medium sized bowl, combine the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar with a fork until smooth.
  • Add the milk and vanilla extract and mix together again.
  • Add the flour to a small bowl and heat treat it in the microwave by heating it for 30 to 45 seconds. Mine only took 30 seconds to reach the required 160 degrees F.
  • Add cocoa powder to the flour and whisk together with a fork. Pour it into the butter mixture.
  • Use a fork to really combine the wet and dry ingredients until a cookie dough starts to form. Once it’s to your desired texture, stir in the chocolate chips and crushed Cadbury eggs. Eat immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days, or in the freezer for up to two months.
