Total Time 2 hours hrs 25 minutes mins
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ⅓ cup powdered sugar
In a medium sized bowl, combine the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In a standard mixer, combine the cocoa, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vegetable oil. After mixing, add the eggs and vanilla extract until combined.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and combine well. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours, or overnight in the fridge.
Once the chill time is complete, preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Place the powdered sugar in a bowl.
Using a 1-inch cookie scoop, scoop out the chilled dough and roll it with your hands into balls.
Generously roll each ball into the powdered sugar and place on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes and cool for 8 minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack. Enjoy!
