Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound package pasta of your choice
  • 14 ounces pre-cooked smoked sausage
  • 2 - 4 tablespoons cajun seasoning
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta according to box directions.
  • While pasta is cooking, slice the smoked sausage into bite sized pieces. Place sausage slices in a skillet and brown on each side until golden. Remove sausage from pan and set aside.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and stir. Let bubble until it thickens up, while continuing to stir so it doesn’t burn. Add in the cajun seasoning by starting with 2 tablespoons and then taste it and add more to your liking.
  • Once thickened, add the parmesan cheese and stir until the cheese melts and the sauce is smooth and creamy.
  • Drain the pasta and add it to the sauce. Add the cooked sausage back in the pasta and sauce. Stir together and serve while hot. Enjoy!
