Cuisine American
- 5 oz instant vanilla pudding
- 2 cups milk
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 8 oz cool whip
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 pound fresh strawberries sliced
- 6 oz fresh blueberries
- 13 oz angel food cake ripped into bite sized pieces
- 8 oz Biscoff cookies crushed
Prepare the Pudding Cream Cheese Mixture:
In a medium bowl, combine the vanilla pudding and milk and whisk until smooth and creamy (about 1 minute). Set aside to thicken.
In a large bowl, using an electric beater, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Slowly add the powdered sugar to the cream cheese and beat until smooth.
Fold the cool whip into cream cheese mixture and then add the pudding mixture. Fold together until well blended.
Layer the Trifle:
In a large trifle bowl, add a bottom layer of ⅓ of the cut up angel food cake.
Next, add ⅓ of the pudding mixture and spread evenly on top of angel food cake.
Add ⅓ of the crushed Biscoff cookies on top of the pudding layer.
Next, add a layer of strawberries and blueberries evenly across the Biscoff cookies.
Repeat steps two more times and serve immediately. You can decorate the top however you like. Enjoy!
