Equipment

  • 1 Electric Handheld Beater

Ingredients

  • 5 oz instant vanilla pudding
  • 2 cups milk
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 8 oz cool whip
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 pound fresh strawberries sliced
  • 6 oz fresh blueberries
  • 13 oz angel food cake ripped into bite sized pieces
  • 8 oz Biscoff cookies crushed

Instructions

Prepare the Pudding Cream Cheese Mixture:

  • In a medium bowl, combine the vanilla pudding and milk and whisk until smooth and creamy (about 1 minute). Set aside to thicken.
  • In a large bowl, using an electric beater, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Slowly add the powdered sugar to the cream cheese and beat until smooth.
  • Fold the cool whip into cream cheese mixture and then add the pudding mixture. Fold together until well blended.

Layer the Trifle:

  • In a large trifle bowl, add a bottom layer of ⅓ of the cut up angel food cake.
  • Next, add ⅓ of the pudding mixture and spread evenly on top of angel food cake.
  • Add ⅓ of the crushed Biscoff cookies on top of the pudding layer.
  • Next, add a layer of strawberries and blueberries evenly across the Biscoff cookies.
  • Repeat steps two more times and serve immediately. You can decorate the top however you like. Enjoy!
