Equipment

  • 1 Air Fryer

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings defrosted (drums and flats)
  • ½ tablespoon garlic powder
  • ½ tablespoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ tablespoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Sauce of choice for dipping (see my recommendations below)

Instructions

  • Pat down the chicken wings with a paper towel until fairly dry.
  • Add the chicken wings to a large bowl and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, paprika, pepper and a few tablespoons of olive oil.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees F for 20 minutes.
  • Once all wings are well coated and your air fryer is ready, place wings in the air fryer and cook for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Once 20 minutes is complete, check the wings to make sure they are crispy and cooked through.
  • Serve with your sauce of choice (buffalo, teriyaki, parmesan garlic, asian zing, etc.) Our favorites include Buffalo Wild Wings sauces – the parmesan garlic is our favorite!
