Ingredients
  

  • ½ small seedless watermelon
  • ¼-⅓ cup sugar-free coconut coffee creamer adjust based on your preferred creaminess
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla protein powder

Instructions
 

  • Slice watermelon in half, scoop out a small space in the center if needed, cover with plastic wrap, and freeze overnight.
  • Let the frozen watermelon sit for a few minutes if needed. Add sugar-free coconut coffee creamer and vanilla protein powder to the center.
  • Use a spoon to scrape and mix the frozen watermelon with the creamer and protein powder until creamy and ice cream-like.
  • Enjoy immediately straight from the watermelon rind or spoon out into a bowl and serve.
