Indulge in a quick and easy single serve brownie recipe, packed with rich cocoa, melted chocolate chips, and a touch of vanilla – the perfect treat for one!

- 2 tablespoons butter melted
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- Dash of vanilla extract
- 1 ½ tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons milk chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a mini skillet and set aside.
Stir melted butter and sugar together until very well combined. Add the egg yolk and vanilla extract and whisk.
Add the cocoa powder and flour and stir until no flour chunks remain.
Fold in chocolate chips. Scoop batter into the greased ramekin or small skillet and bake in the oven for 16 to 20 minutes (my oven’s sweet spot was 18 minutes).
Top with vanilla ice cream if desired and enjoy hot out of the oven!
