Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. In a small bowl, mix together the warm water, yeast and sugar. Let sit for 5 minutes until it foams.
In your standard mixer, add two cups of flour, oil, and the yeast mixture. Mix with the hook attachment.
Add the garlic salt, Italian seasoning, and onion powder and mix.
Add the remaining flour ½ cup at a time, and stop when the dough stops sticking to the side of the mixer.
Transfer the dough to a large greased bowl and let it rise for 20 minutes.
Remove the dough from the bowl once done rising, and place it on a floured surface. Knead dough to remove stickiness.
Use a rolling pin to roll out the dough thin onto a well-floured surface. Place on a greased pizza pan and decorate your pizza to your desire (sauce, pepperoni, cheese, etc.).
Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until the dough starts to become golden brown on the edges. Enjoy!
