This High-Protein Cloud Bread is soft, fluffy, and made with just three simple ingredients! Packed with 54 grams of protein, it's the perfect healthy breakfast, snack, or dessert. Enjoy it plain or top it with a quick peanut butter chocolate frosting for an extra indulgent, macro-friendly treat.

Equipment

  • 1 loaf pan

Ingredients
  

For the Cloud Bread:

  • 230 g liquid egg whites
  • 1 scoop protein powder vanilla, chocolate, or your favorite flavor
  • Dark chocolate chips to taste (optional)

For the PB Frosting:

  • 2 tablespoons PBfit powdered peanut butter
  • Water as needed
  • 1 tablespoon dark chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  • Fold in the protein powder until smooth and slightly frothy.
  • Pour the mixture into a parchment-lined bread pan, and sprinkle it with dark chocolate chips on top if desired.
  • Bake for 15 minutes, or until the top is lightly golden and the bread is set.
  • If adding peanut butter and chocolate frosting to the top, add that now by spreading it over the top of the entire loaf.
  • Enjoy!
