Servings 4 banana popsicles
For the Bananas:
- 2 bananas peeled and halved horizontally
- 4 popsicle sticks
For the Topping:
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate or milk chocolate if you prefer
- 1 cup Fruity Dyno-Bites
For the Marshmallow Drizzle:
- 7 ounces marshmallow creme
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- Dash of vanilla extract
For the Bananas:
Peel and halve the bananas horizontally. Insert a popsicle stick into each half to form banana popsicles.
Wrap the bananas in aluminum foil and freeze them until fully frozen. Overnight is ideal for best results.
For the Marshmallow Drizzle:
While the bananas are freezing, prepare the marshmallow drizzle. Combine the marshmallow creme, heavy cream, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
Stir until the mixture is smooth. Transfer the drizzle to a squeeze bottle for easy use, or store it in an airtight container in the fridge until needed.
Assembly:
Just before removing the bananas from the freezer, melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
Pour the Fruity Dyno-Bites into a small bowl, ready for dipping.
Once the chocolate is ready, take the bananas out of the freezer and remove the foil.
Dip each banana in the melted chocolate, then immediately roll or press them into the Fruity Dyno-Bites. Since the bananas are frozen, the chocolate will set quickly, so work fast.
Drizzle the marshmallow sauce over the coated bananas and enjoy immediately!
