Easy High-Protein Pancakes (Only 3 Ingredients!)

These easy 3-ingredient protein pancakes are fluffy, filling, and ready in just 10 minutes. Made with Kodiak Power Cakes Mix, Oikos Triple Zero vanilla yogurt, and egg whites, they're packed with protein and perfect for busy mornings or a quick post-workout breakfast. Top them with cottage cheese, fresh strawberries, and a drizzle of maple syrup for a delicious, balanced meal you'll want to make again and again.

Ingredients
  

  • Cooking spray
  • ½ cup Kodiak power cakes mix
  • ½ cup Oikos triple zero vanilla yogurt
  • ½ cup egg whites

Toppings:

  • 50 grams roughly ¼ cup fat free cottage cheese
  • 50 grams roughly ¼ cup strawberry slices
  • 21 grams 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, mix together ½ cup Kodiak power cakes mix, ½ cup Oikos triple zero vanilla yogurt, and ½ cup egg whites until well blended.
  • Heat a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, grease the surface with cooking spray. Pour ¼ of the batter onto the greased pan.
  • Cook the pancakes for about 2 minutes, or until the edges begin to set and the little bubbles form in the batter. Flip and cook for another 1 to 2 minutes.
  • Repeat until 4 pancakes have been created.
  • Serve two pancakes stacked on top of each other with the optional toppings (or whatever toppings you prefer).
