Equipment

  • 1 single serve blender

Ingredients

  • ½ frozen banana
  • ½ to 1 cup vanilla almond milk
  • 1 scoop cookie dough protein powder or vanilla protein powder
  • 2 dates pitted
  • 2 tablespoons PBfit powdered peanut butter or 1½ tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons oats
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Adjust almond milk as needed for your desired consistency.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • Freeze ripe bananas ahead of time for the creamiest texture.
  • Cookie dough protein powder gives the strongest cookie dough flavor, but vanilla works well too.
  • Use less almond milk for a thicker smoothie bowl consistency.
  • Add chocolate chips on top for an extra cookie dough-inspired treat.
